It's not that Paeng's Wedding is the only wedding I covered. It's because these two -,well, these . . . couple came when I was going back in video coverage on weddings after I did a project on Bryan's wedding. It's where my passion in videography first started. It's the romance . . . the moments . . . the song . . . the memory of a once in a lifetime affair. I realized after reviewing their video (which they consented that I upload it in YOU TUBE as part of our agreement), how romantic, memorable and treasured the affair was . . . LOVE . . . THIS IS LOVE . . . SHOWING TO THE WORLD HOW YOU TOOK YOUR VOW . . . A LIFETIME . . . PROMISE . . .

PAENG's WEDDING MARCH

After the project we did at OLLCS, we went over some videos we took and was touched by the music "Ikaw Lamang" by Gary Valenciano, from its original soundtrack given to us by Paeng to be used as a background material for his wedding. Ate Perla Adea with husband, Romy Mallari, the best friend of our mentor and long time friend, Usec. Robert T. Rivera, were among the principal sponsors. We featured Paeng's wedding at Roy's Site.

Wedding March is one of the most romantic segment in a wedding ceremony. Herewith is Paeng and Jo-Ann's Wedding March with background music from the original soundtrack of Gary Valencia, which Paeng supplied. May they live happily ever after:

OUR LADY OF LOURDES FIELD DEMONSTRATION

After a school project we did for Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches of the Zabarte's for the benefit of the Boy Scout of the Philippines at SHAN, which we have not yet posted at SHAN's site , a site we created for the benefit of SHAN's students; and, after our recent project with NOVA, which supports our advocacy projects through all this years, we were invited by Dobel Dizon, Grade III, teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School (OLLCS) to do a documentary of the Grade III students' Field Demonstration. We covered the entire program, indeed, for a fund raising activity for the benefit of the Grade III Parents Coordinating Council and the school.

The last time we helped a fund raising activity at the OLLCS was in December of 2007, i.e., OLLCS' FAMILY DAY!. It's been quite sometime since we have not met our dear friend, Fr. Albert N. Delvo, who was originally from the mission with Claret, before he joined the Diocese of His Emminence, Bishop Antonio R. Tobias, the Diocese of Novaliches. From the Diocese of Ilagan, to the Diocese of Baguio City, we're now back in Caloocan City.

The theme of the OLLCS Field Demonstration: "Hello! World, a Call for survival" was relevant to the present day environmental crisis - to inculcate in our Children's mind the importance of saving our planet Earth from global warming. The last project with did for our environmental advocacy was that of CSC's Centennial Forest entitled: An Environmental Friendly Work Place, which was already syndicated by technorati and other sites. It is not only the children that should play their role - it must be Us . . . their parents - for our children's future.

In the days to come we shall present in this site the children's presentation. It's sad, however, that this shall be the last year that Teacher Jobel Dizon shall be with the OLLCS as she shall be going home in their province in Lucena, Quezon. This we dedicate to Teacher Dobel (double click here to see their site . . . }

Joanne, the bride . . .

Joanne is a computer teacher. Both she and Rafael have big dreams for their future. Rafael who have been helping his parents in their realty business ABL Realty (click here . . .if you wanted to know more), was so engrossed telling us about how the internet (the technology), helped them a lot in offering to their clients various real estate properties, which are affordable for every Filipino, complete with amenities and conveniently located within commercial establishments, schools, hospitals, banks and offices within the metropolis. We tried browsing their site and found it interesting. We might come with them one of these days for a free ride to personally see for ourselves these real estate properties they are offering, a worthy investment.

It's good that both are interested in business at the early stage of their marriage. With their combined talent, a teacher in computer and the other, in realty sales - a successful future surely awaits them and their future children. It's just a matter of time, patience and perseverance.

At any rate, this site of ours provides all the information you need about digital technology. We just finished the story of "Auntie Yayang" a story about a great woman, from Zambales. For private reasons, we respect the relatives and friends of "Auntie Yayang", who wanted to keep from the public the good deeds of this great woman.

About Paeng, we were touched by this young fellow of 22, who is about to get married and who, helps his parents in their real estate business the ABL Realty (double click here . . .). When we are about to have his pre-nuptial shooting, he came in late - which we hate most as it would mean delays to our other advocacy projects. Yet, he told us that he hurriedly catched-up with us because he has to entertain their clients and turn it over to her sister to take over. We were touched! Imagine this young boy prefers to attend to the immediate calls of his client - setting aside his appointment for the pre-nuptial shoot of his wedding! No wonder ABL has survived after 17 years.

No wonder too, that Divine intercession may have came in. When we invited two young talented award winner students of the Far Eastern University, Juris De Leon and Ritz Balmores, for their indie film "RUBICS" - for exposure in wedding videography - they never hesitated. Juris and Ritz brought along with them their talent and cameras for their maiden wedding coverage: where they participated "The Viduya-Laguerta Nuptial".

The principal sponsors, thirty two of them! Includes Ate Perla Adea with husband Romy Mallari, who has been our friend at PILIPINAS NGAYON NA! Advocacies of our dear friend, Usec. Robert T. River a, who is now in U.S. We told Kuya Romy that this will reach Usec. Rivera. The world is getting smaller with this digital technology. The principal sponsors were mostly from Boreland Development, we've seen some familiar faces.

Herewith is the first part of Paeng's wedding. This is how he prepared for his wedding. Thank you to Googles and Vimeo, who has been our sponsors for our advocacy campaigns for over four years since we started PILIPINAS NGAYON NA!, which is temporary off the air as Usec. Rivera is still in the United States. He'll be coming back soon! He promised us: stronger! The Altar Boys

PAENG's TARPAULINE

After our project in Baguio for the benefit of the Knights of the Altar (double click here . . .}, a group of high school students in Baguio City, who serves at the Baguio City Cathedral as altar boys and the video travel documentary we produced for the Samson Family of Sydney, Australia, we have to get back into Paeng's wedding. Among the guests are - Ate Perla Adea and Kuya Romy Mallari, the best friend of our friend and mentor: Usec. Robert T. Rivera. We're going to miss Robert, who'll be staying in U.S. for a considerable period, but he told us he will be back for our show Pilipinas Ngayon Na! to continue.

I promised the couple that I am going to publish the tarpaulin that I shall be be doing for them. It's one thing good with digital technology, they can see our lay-out wherever they are in the world. In fact, one of the biggest billboard we laid-out was in U.S. through the internet, in behalf of our friend Geiry Garcia, a Fil-am artist in New York.

PAENG's PRE-NUPTIAL SHOOT

After finishing a funeral project of Auntie Yayang, the aunt of our dear friend Atty. Regidor Pablo, Jr., Paeng and Ann went over. Although Pre-Nuptial shooting is not mandatory, especially if it is not included in the project cost, experienced photographers usually convinces the parties to have one, either in a park, in the subject's residential garden or in a studio. The objective is to build a rapport with the subjects, brief them of their proper angling, teach the parties the right posture and to be familiarized on how to face the camera with their ideal angle. The success of a wedding project primarily depends on the cooperation of the parties. Fifty percent of successful wedding project or even more, largely depends on the party's cooperation and preparation.

We have to accept the fact that our subjects are not actors or actresses, and even if they are, they must rehearse to make the documentation a success. Unlike in film or in the movie industry, where the director can always say cut! In real life wedding, it's a one take event to document a once in a lifetime affair. Otherwise, experienced signature photographers usually turns down the project rather than putting to risk their reputation. The success of the a wedding project largely depends on the couples, who are the main casts in this once in a lifetime production.

We took time out to have our Pre-nuptial shooting at La Mesa Eco Park. The place was so cool! Its a photographer's haven for Pre-nuptial shooting. At least both Paeng and Ann were very cooperative.

WEDDINGS . . .

After engaging into advertising, executive and fashion photography, it has been quite sometime since we last documented a wedding ceremony. We have been hoping for one - to look back where we first started expressing our passion in documenting glamorous affairs - not knowing that this wedding documentary we are about to undertake shall change our entire concept of a wedding documentary. We're back into where we all started, in a new dimension: "Weddings".

At DVD level, the 28th Multi-Media Philippines ventured into a more complicated digital presentation of a wedding documentary, we entitled: "The Balmeo-Baldonado Wedding - Romancing Precious Moments in Digital Technology." It has been a blessing for us and the couple as well, who extended their cooperation and patience to make this documentary a success. Thank you Lord.
